Matt Thompson joined as the VP of Sales for Sol-Ark® in December, 2023.

He has 25 years of sales experience where he distinguished himself as a growth catalyst by creating strategies and building winning teams to propel organizations to the next level of success.

Matt served in sales leadership positions in Tektronix, Axell Wireless, Cobham Wireless, and, most recently, Honeywell where he led a team of 150+ sellers responsible for $1B in revenue.

Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Physics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a veteran having served as an officer in the U.S. Army.
