Guided Commissioning
Move quickly and confidently through safety checks, system topology, network configuration, hardware validation, battery setup, grid configuration, energy management profiles and time-based operating schedules.
The MySolArk Installer App is the official field app for professionals installing and commissioning Sol-Ark residential hybrid inverters and battery systems. Follow a guided process from plant creation and equipment setup through system validation, configuration, owner handoff and final reporting.
With the MySolArk Installer App, installers can:
MySolArk Installer brings the essential stages of residential system commissioning together in one mobile workflow. Clear instructions, progress tracking and built-in validation help installers work more consistently, identify potential issues earlier and document the completed installation.
Compatibility Note: MySolArk Installer currently supports the commissioning of compatible Sol-Ark residential hybrid inverters. Support for Sol-Ark commercial hybrid inverter commissioning is planned for a future app release.

Move quickly and confidently through safety checks, system topology, network configuration, hardware validation, battery setup, grid configuration, energy management profiles and time-based operating schedules.
Reduce manual entry, create an accurate equipment record, and confirm connectivity before leaving the site. Scan the QR code on each supported communications dongle to register it, enter the site’s Wi-Fi credentials, and let the MySolArk Installer app guide setup and verify that the gateway is online.
One-touch setup for UL 9540-certified batteries from Sol-Ark’s trusted battery ecosystem.
Automatically import and configure the appropriate grid-code profile and utility compliance parameters to complete the installation.
Build operating schedules around utility rate periods, peak-shaving requirements and supported grid-charging and battery management strategies. Visually configure the Time of Use schedule with a quick profile template.
Generate PDF reports documenting the system configuration, hardware validation results and completed post-installation checklist. Reports remain stored with the plant for future reference.
Review power flow, equipment status, energy production and event logs across installed systems. Filter faults, warnings and informational events to help diagnose problems faster.
Access Sol-Ark documentation, manuals, the Help Center and support contact information from the dashboard and throughout the commissioning workflow.
Create and manage plants with the site address, time zone, installed capacity, customer information and project photos. From the dashboard, installers can review installation progress, access completed plants, monitor system status and retrieve stored documentation.
Once commissioning is complete, installers can share plant access with the homeowner through their MySolArk account.
Used by installers to commission, validate, configure and document the system.
Used by homeowners to monitor energy flow, review historical performance, receive alerts, adjust supported settings and participate in available VPP programs.
MySolArk apps are developed in the United States, with system data securely hosted on U.S.-based AWS servers. Installers are supported by comprehensive documentation, training resources and Sol-Ark’s U.S.-based technical support seven days a week.
MySolArk Installer is purpose-built for residential solar installers, system designers and installation managers working with supported Sol-Ark equipment. A registered MySolArk account is required.
Experienced owner-installers may use the app where account access and system compatibility permit. All work must follow Sol-Ark instructions, electrical codes, permitting requirements and utility interconnection rules.
