Which app should C&I system owners use?
C&I system owners should continue using MySolArk V1 until C&I monitoring becomes available as part of the newer MySolArk monitoring experience.
Which app should C&I installers use?
C&I installers should continue using MySolArk V1 for commissioning until the MySolArk Installer app supports commercial and industrial systems.
Which app should residential system owners use?
Residential system owners should use MySolArk V2 Monitoring to monitor and manage their residential energy systems.
Which app should residential installers use?
Residential installers should use the MySolArk Installer App to commission supported Sol-Ark residential inverters and manage multiple installation sites.
Can residential installers use MySolArk V2 Monitoring?
MySolArk V2 Monitoring is intended for residential system owners. Installer commissioning tools are provided through the MySolArk Installer App.

Will MySolArk V2 apps support Wi-Fi and Ethernet?
Yes. The MySolArk V2 apps support both Wi-Fi and Ethernet where supported by the connected system hardware.
Will MySolArk platform data sync?
Yes. MySolArk Web, MySolArk V1 and the newer MySolArk experiences use synchronized platform data.
Will MySolArk V2 apps support tablets?
Yes. The MySolArk V2 apps support compatible iOS and Android tablets.
Will push notifications work differently with the V2 apps?
All prior notifications and additional notification capabilities are available with the MySolArk V2 apps.
Will historical production and consumption data be preserved?
Yes. Existing plant data will remain viewable across the supported MySolArk experiences.
Will MySolArk V2 apps support multiple languages?
English and Spanish are supported by MySolArk Monitoring V2. The MySolArk Installer App initially supports English.
What about the MySolArk Web App and login?
- The MySolArk web login and portal remain accessible and supported.

When did MySolArk V1 support end?
- iOS support ended April 28, 2026.
- Android support ended May 31, 2026.
Will MySolArk V1 stop functioning?
No. MySolArk V1 remains available for download and use, although new updates and bug fixes are no longer provided.
Why is the change happening?
The separate apps provide more focused tools and workflows for residential system owners, residential installers and commercial and industrial users.
