*To receive installation credit, the plant must be assigned at commissioning to an email address associated with the participating Installer Corps member company or its staff in Sol-Ark’s program records. This assignment must be in place when commissioning is completed. Installations cannot be credited retroactively through later email assignments or changes to company affiliation. Sol-Ark may request supporting records to verify eligibility.

Installers, contractors, developers, and electricians looking to grow their skills, knowledge, and receive benefits for each Sol-Ark installation

No. When you register to become an Authorized installer, you will gain access to Sol-Ark University with all of the installation resources you will need to learn about the products, how to install them, and much more.

It is highly recommended that you complete the Authorized Installer Training Modules in Sol-Ark University before your first installation.

Just by registering, you will gain access to the training modules that will teach you everything you need to know about installing Sol-Ark solutions, after you complete your first 8 installs, then you will move to Silver, 15 installations for Gold, and 30 installations for Platinum. Each level unlocks new resources and benefits.

Sol-Ark offers 7-day per week support. Gold and Platinum Certified Installers get access prioritized support and RMA benefits.

Currently, the program is for residential hybrid inverters only including the 12K, 15K, and 18K units.
